Well I just noticed that I haven't posted since Wednesday. We have been doing well. Mom is here and taking care of us. My stitches are still sore but getting better. We have just been around the house not doing too much. Yesterday Jackson started having yellow gunk coming out of his left eye. We didn't think too much about it, it looked like a clogged tear duct. Well this morning it was still coming and it was still yellow so we called the doctor and they told us to come in to the ER. I do not want to go to the ER so we took him to our family practice doctor. They gave us eye drops to put in the eye. It isn't bothering him other than he can't get it open very well. So other than that we are doing great. Oh he weighs 7lbs 11oz today so he is gaining weight pretty well. Hope everyone is having a great weekend!!!
I can't believe they were going to have you guys go to the ER for yellow eye gunk! What did they think it was? The ebola virus? Craziness! He probably would have caught something in the ER anyway! Glad he's doing better!!! Such a cutie! Warm washcloth next the eye and a little massage over the tear duct (plus the eye drops of course), and he'll be better in no time! He is so stinking cute!
